About

Care that travels to the patient.

HoMedi is a product of NeXora Health Systems Private Limited. It exists because getting to a clinic is the hardest part of healthcare for the people who need it most.

The problem

For an elderly parent, a patient recovering from surgery, or a family with a child running a fever at night, the journey to a clinic is often harder than the consultation itself.

Home visits already happen everywhere — arranged through a phone number passed between neighbours. They usually work. But you rarely know whether the person is actually registered, the fee is settled at the door, and there is nobody to escalate to afterwards.

The approach

HoMedi does three things about that. It searches from your address rather than the city, so the professionals you see genuinely cover your street. It checks registration against authorized sources and shows you what it found, dated. And it puts the whole amount on screen before anything is confirmed.

What it deliberately does not do is get between a patient and a professional. The consultation is theirs; HoMedi's job ends at making it findable, checkable and clearly priced.

A woman in a printed cotton kurta sits on a patterned sofa holding a phone to her ear while a boy leans on the armchair beside her and a girl rests her head on her shoulder, in a sunlit room with a terrazzo floor.

HoMedi is built for households, not hospitals — the person booking is usually a family member.

Boundaries

What HoMedi is not.

Each of these would be a plausible next product and a worse one. Writing them down is how we stay honest about it.

  • A hospital, a clinic or a diagnostic chain
  • A healthcare provider or a medical team
  • A telemedicine or prescription-by-chat service
  • An emergency or ambulance service
  • A pharmacy or a medicine-delivery service
  • An insurer or a seller of health plans
  • A blood bank, or a supplier of blood

HoMedi is a technology platform operated by NeXora Health Systems Private Limited that enables discovery and booking of independent, registered healthcare professionals. NeXora is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical services.

Enter your address and look at the professionals who actually cover it. That single screen is the whole argument.
