HoMedi lists independent, registered professionals and connects them with patients on their own streets. You keep your independence, your schedule and every rupee the patient pays you.
What you control
You stay independent. All three decisions remain yours.

- You set your own home-visit fee, consultation fee and procedure rates. Patients pay you directly, and HoMedi takes no share.
- Your area
- You choose the localities you are willing to travel to. Requests only come from inside them.
- Your hours
- You publish the hours you actually want to work, and accept or decline every individual request.

Onboarding is document-led. We check what a patient would otherwise have to take on trust.
01Sign up
Your phone number
Sign up on provider.homedi.in with your mobile number and a one-time code.
02Documents
Registration and documents
Add your council registration, your qualification and an identity document, then take a live selfie with your laptop or phone camera. No camera? Scan a QR code and take it on your phone.
03Verify
We check the register
Your number is checked against the relevant authorized source and your documents reviewed, usually within three working days.
04Go live
Set area, hours and fees
Choose the localities you cover, the hours you work and your fees. Once verified, patients in those localities can find you.

- A camera for a quick selfie: your laptop's, or your phone's via a QR code

- Entirely yours; HoMedi does not direct care
The subscription pays for the servers, the app and support. It is not a commission and not paid placement. Subscribe on provider.homedi.in for ₹349/week or ₹1,199/month incl. GST, paid by UPI Autopay or card through Razorpay, with a GST invoice from HoMedi. It renews automatically until you cancel from the portal, and a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Once the HoMedi Partner app is on Google Play, it will also be sold there, at the price shown there — subscribing on provider.homedi.in costs less.
Eligibility
Who can be listed
- A doctor with a current registration on an authorized medical register
- A nurse with a current registration on an authorized nursing register
- A dentist (BDS or MDS) with a current registration on an authorized dental register
- Practising independently and able to travel to patients' homes
- Not eligible while a registration is lapsed, suspended or under inquiry
- Not for listing a hospital, clinic or diagnostic chain
What we never ask for
Things HoMedi will not ask of you
- Exclusivity — you stay free to practise anywhere else, including your own clinic
- A minimum number of visits per week or month
- Your existing patients' contact details, for HoMedi's own marketing
- Any commitment to prescribe, refer or recommend a particular pharmacy or lab
