1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Provider Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, an independent healthcare professional ("you", "Provider"), and NeXora Health Systems Private Limited, CIN U86909TS2026PTC215305, registered office at 4-12-927/1, Plot No. E1, RD-1, Portion C, Auto Sai Nagar Colony, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, Rangareddy District, Telangana – 500070 ("NeXora", "we", "us"). NeXora owns and operates the HoMedi platform, comprising the HoMedi provider application (the HoMedi Partner app), the provider web portal at provider.homedi.in (the "Provider Portal"), and associated services (the "Platform").
By registering as a Provider, completing verification, or accepting any booking through the Platform, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy for Providers. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical signature.
2. Nature of the Relationship — Independent Professional
You are an independent professional, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of NeXora. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. In particular:
-
You exercise sole and independent clinical judgment in all professional matters. NeXora does not direct, supervise, or control the diagnosis, treatment, nursing care, or any clinical service you provide.
-
You are free to determine your own availability and to accept or decline bookings. You may practise elsewhere without restriction.
-
You are solely responsible for your professional registrations, taxes (including income tax and GST, if applicable), insurance, and statutory compliances.
-
NeXora's role is limited to discovery, booking facilitation, and related technology services (for which you pay the Subscription described in Section 5.3) — including the records-management services described in Section 2A and, if you opt in, the ECG technology and interpretation services described in Sections 4A and 5.5 — as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Professional indemnity insurance: You are strongly advised, and may be required as a condition of continued listing [to be confirmed], to maintain professional indemnity insurance appropriate to your practice. NeXora does not insure your practice.
2A. Records storage as a technology service
NeXora provides you, as part of the Platform, a secure electronic system for creating, storing, and retrieving records of your visits conducted through the Platform — including appointment records, procedure notes, and (for doctors and dentists) digital prescriptions. This facility exists so that every Provider, including a Provider who does not maintain a clinic or premises of their own, can meet their professional record-keeping obligations for Platform visits and retrieve those records when needed.
-
These records are stored by NeXora with the patient's consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and are made available to you for the purposes of the relevant visit, your continuing care of that patient through the Platform, and your legal record-keeping duties.
-
The provision of storage, retrieval, and related technology services does not make NeXora a healthcare provider, does not constitute supervision or control of your practice, and does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and NeXora.
-
The clinical content of every record remains your professional responsibility. On delisting, you may export records of your Platform visits needed for your professional obligations, subject to patient confidentiality and applicable law.
3. Eligibility, Registration, and Verification
3.1 Who may register
| Provider type | Required qualification & registration |
|---|---|
| Doctor — General Physician | MBBS degree; active registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) / State Medical Council as a Registered Medical Practitioner |
| Doctor — Specialist | MBBS plus recognised postgraduate specialist qualification; active NMC/State Medical Council registration; specialization declared from the Platform's recognised list |
| Dentist | BDS degree (MDS for a declared dental specialty); active registration with a State Dental Council under the applicable law [Dentists Act, 1948 / National Dental Commission Act, 2023 — confirm with counsel] |
| Nurse | Recognised nursing qualification; active registration with the State Nursing Council (SNC) / Indian Nursing Council framework |
3.2 Verification is mandatory and continuing
-
Your profile becomes visible to patients, and you can accept bookings, only after NeXora verifies your registration against official registers (NMC / Health Professional Registries / State Dental Council / State Nursing Council, as applicable). Self-declaration is never sufficient.
-
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information — including your full name as registered, registration number, qualifications, specialization, languages, service locality and apartment complex, and your Rate Card — and keep it current.
-
You have a continuing duty to notify NeXora within 24 hours if your registration is suspended, cancelled, restricted, or lapses; if any disciplinary, criminal, or professional-misconduct proceeding is initiated against you; or if you become otherwise unfit to practise. Failure to notify is a material breach.
-
NeXora may re-verify your credentials periodically and may suspend your listing pending verification.
3.3 Identity and account
-
Registration requires OTP verification of your Indian mobile number, which is the canonical identifier of your account. ABHA linking is optional and is not required to practise on the Platform.
-
Your account is personal. You must not permit any other person to accept bookings, conduct visits, or otherwise operate your account. Substitution of another person for a booked visit is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination and reporting to your regulator.
4. Services, Availability, and Discovery
-
Stage of service: the Platform currently supports home visits only. You will attend the patient at the residential address provided in the booking. No clinic, facility, or telemedicine bookings are made through the Platform.
-
You control your availability by publishing booking slots and toggling your live availability in the app. While you are live, your approximate location is used to make you discoverable to patients within approximately 2 km, ranked by locality and apartment-complex proximity.
-
Before a visit, the app may share your live location with the booked patient for arrival coordination ("on my way"). This sharing is limited to the booked visit.
-
NeXora does not guarantee any volume of bookings, patients, or revenue.
4A. ECG at Home (optional service)
-
Opting in: if you are a doctor or nurse, you may choose in the app to offer a 12-lead electrocardiogram recorded at the patient's home (the "ECG Service"). Offering the ECG Service is optional. The ECG Service is performed with a Spandan Pro portable ECG device and its associated software (the "Spandan software"), made by Sunfox Technologies Private Limited ("Sunfox"). You must use a Spandan Pro device in working order for every ECG recorded through the Platform.
-
Separate booking: an ECG is available only as its own booking, made by the patient with a Provider who offers the ECG Service (an "ECG Booking"). An ECG cannot be added to another booking during a visit. If a patient asks for an ECG during or after another visit, the patient must book it separately in the app.
-
Price: an ECG Booking is offered at a fixed, all-inclusive price of ₹499 (the "ECG Package Price"), shown to the patient in the app before booking. The ECG Package Price includes the recording, the attendance at the patient's address, and the Spandan cardiologist interpretation. You collect it directly from the patient under Section 5.2, and must not charge any Home-Visit Fee, Consultation Fee, travel charge, interpretation charge, or other amount for an ECG Booking. NeXora collects nothing from the patient and takes no share of the ECG Package Price.
-
Who may record: a doctor or a nurse who offers the ECG Service may record an ECG for an ECG Booking. A nurse may record an ECG without a doctor's order. Recording an ECG does not permit a nurse to diagnose independently (Section 6).
-
Consent: before recording, you must explain the procedure to the patient and obtain the patient's consent at the visit (or, for a minor or a patient unable to consent, the consent of the parent, guardian, or person lawfully entitled to give it).
-
Reports: the Spandan software generates an automated preliminary report, which is not a diagnosis. A report interpreted by a Spandan cardiologist (a qualified cardiologist engaged by Sunfox) usually follows later. Both reports are made available in the patient's HoMedi records and can be downloaded as PDF.
-
Interpretation is mandatory: every ECG recorded for an ECG Booking must be sent for interpretation by a Spandan cardiologist, which uses one ECG Interpretation Credit (Section 5.5). The only exception is where you are a verified cardiologist on the Platform (that is, your verified specialization is in Cardiology): you may interpret the ECG yourself, and may optionally also request a Spandan cardiologist interpretation.
-
Clinical responsibility: you remain responsible for the conduct of the recording, including correct lead placement and the quality of the recording, and for any advice, referral, or escalation you give within your scope of practice. A Spandan cardiologist interpreting an ECG acts as a healthcare professional and is responsible for that interpretation; a verified cardiologist who interprets an ECG is responsible for their own interpretation. NeXora does not record, review, interpret, or verify any ECG or report, and does not manufacture the Spandan Pro device or the Spandan software.
-
Not an emergency service: an ECG Booking is not an emergency service. If a patient has chest pain, a suspected heart attack, or any other emergency, you must not delay emergency care for an ECG or a report, and must advise and facilitate an emergency call (112 or 108) or immediate transfer to a hospital.
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 Your Rate Card — you set your own fees
-
You set your own Rate Card, displayed on your profile, which consists of:
-
a Home-Visit Fee (mandatory) for attending the patient at their address. For a doctor or nurse it includes the Basic Bedside Assessment — measurement of blood pressure, pulse oximetry, and a stethoscope examination; for a dentist it includes the Basic Oral Examination — a basic examination of the teeth, gums, and mouth. Neither may ever be charged separately;
-
an optional Consultation Fee; and
-
Procedure Fees for specific procedures you choose to list.
-
-
NeXora does not set, recommend, standardise, or approve your fees, and takes no share of them. You are responsible for ensuring your fees comply with applicable professional regulations.
-
Sole exception — ECG Package Price: the only price on the Platform that NeXora standardises is the ECG Package Price described in Section 4A. It is a uniform package price that includes a third-party cardiologist interpretation, and it applies only to ECG Bookings with Providers who choose to offer the ECG Service. You cannot change the ECG Package Price. NeXora takes no share of it. The general rule above applies to every other fee.
-
You may change your Rate Card at any time. A change applies only to bookings confirmed after it is made. The Home-Visit Fee and any Consultation Fee recorded against a confirmed booking are binding on you for that booking.
-
You may list only procedures within your registered scope of practice that can be performed safely in a home setting.
5.2 Collecting your fees from the patient
-
You collect your fees directly from the patient in cash or by UPI on completion of the visit. NeXora never collects, holds, routes, or guarantees these fees and owes you nothing in respect of them.
-
You must not charge more than the Home-Visit Fee and Consultation Fee recorded for the booking; charge for the Basic Bedside Assessment or Basic Oral Examination; or charge a Procedure Fee for a procedure not listed on your Rate Card or above its listed fee. For an ECG Booking, you must not charge more than the ECG Package Price, and must not charge the patient for an ECG Interpretation Credit.
-
Before performing any chargeable procedure, you must tell the patient what the procedure is and its fee, and obtain their agreement. Medicines or consumables beyond your Rate Card must be transparently agreed with the patient and must not be misrepresented as Platform charges.
-
No fees are payable by the patient for a visit that does not take place.
-
You are solely responsible for issuing any receipt required by law, for your own accounting, and for all taxes on your professional income. NeXora does not issue invoices for your fees.
5.3 Subscription — NeXora's only mandatory charge to you
-
After the Free Period, you must hold an active HoMedi provider subscription (the "Subscription") to remain discoverable and to accept new bookings.
-
Price: on the Provider Portal, you may choose a weekly plan at ₹349 per week or a monthly plan at ₹1,199 per month, each inclusive of GST at 18% — the same prices for all Provider types. If you instead subscribe within the HoMedi provider app through Google Play, the price is the price displayed by Google Play at the time of purchase or renewal, which may differ from the Provider Portal price.
-
What it is for: the Subscription is a flat infrastructure fee for maintaining the servers, the application, and support. It is not a commission, listing fee, referral fee, or payment for placement. It does not vary with the number of bookings you receive or the fees you earn, and it does not affect your ranking in discovery.
-
Free Period: no Subscription is payable until 90 days after your listing is first activated following verification, or until you complete 10 OTP-verified bookings, whichever occurs first (the "Free Period"). An "OTP-verified booking" is a Home Visit completed on the Platform using the patient's Visit OTP. The Free Period is available once per Provider, including on re-registration.
-
How you pay: you may purchase the Subscription in either of two ways:
-
On the Provider Portal, from NeXora, through Razorpay, by UPI Autopay, card, or another recurring-payment method Razorpay offers. By subscribing you authorise a recurring payment mandate for the plan you choose, under which each renewal is charged automatically. NeXora issues a GST tax invoice for each payment, which you can download from the Provider Portal; you must select your State, which is used as the place of supply.
-
Within the HoMedi provider app, through Google Play Billing, on Google Play's billing terms.
In either case NeXora never receives your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
-
-
Renewal and cancellation: the Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — each week for the weekly plan, or each month for the monthly plan — until you cancel it. A Subscription bought on the Provider Portal is cancelled from the Provider Portal; a Subscription bought through Google Play is cancelled in your Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Uninstalling the app or deleting the Provider Portal from your browser does not cancel the Subscription.
-
Refunds are governed by Part B of the Refund & Cancellation Policy and, for Subscriptions bought through Google Play, by Google Play's refund policies.
-
Lapse: if your Subscription lapses or is cancelled after the Free Period, your profile is removed from discovery and you cannot accept new bookings. Bookings already confirmed remain active and must be honoured or cancelled under Section 8. You retain access to the records of your past Platform visits for your record-keeping obligations under Section 2A.
-
Price changes: NeXora will give you at least 30 days' notice in the app or on the Provider Portal of any change to the Subscription price. A change applies from your next renewal after the notice period, and is subject to any consent that Google Play or your payment mandate requires.
-
NeXora will not charge you any fee other than the Subscription unless you choose to purchase an optional service. ECG Interpretation Credits (Section 5.5) are such an optional service: you are charged for them only when you choose to buy them in the app, and they are governed by Section 5.5 and Part C of the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any other optional service (for example, a device or diagnostic add-on offered to selected Providers) will be charged only if you separately agree to it in writing (including electronically), and will be governed by its own terms.
5.4 No fee-splitting
Nothing on the Platform involves, and you must not engage in, fee-splitting, kickbacks, or referral commissions prohibited by the National Medical Commission (Registered Medical Practitioners) regulations, the Code of Medical Ethics, or analogous dental or nursing regulations. NeXora receives no part of any payment made by a patient to you, including the ECG Package Price. The Subscription is a fixed amount, independent of patient fees, referrals, or prescriptions. ECG Interpretation Credits are a fixed per-interpretation fee paid by you to NeXora for a technology and cardiologist-interpretation service supplied to you; they are not calculated as a share of the ECG Package Price or any other patient fee, and are not consideration for any referral or prescription.
5.5 ECG Interpretation Credits
-
What a Credit is: each interpretation of an ECG by a Spandan cardiologist requested through the Platform uses one ECG Interpretation Credit (a "Credit"). Credits are sold to Providers only, by NeXora. Patients never buy Credits.
-
Price: ₹99 per Credit, inclusive of GST at 18%. You may buy any number of Credits — in packs of 1, 5, 10, or 25, or a custom number — up to 500 Credits in a single purchase. The price payable is the price displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
-
How you pay: Credits can be purchased only within the HoMedi provider app, through Razorpay (UPI, cards, or netbanking). They cannot be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Razorpay processes the payment; NeXora does not see or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials, and receives only the payment identifier, amount, and payment status.
-
Tax invoice: NeXora issues a GST tax invoice for each purchase, which you can download in the app. When buying, you must select your State, which is used as the place of supply to determine whether CGST and SGST or IGST applies. The invoice shows the SAC code, the taxable value, and the tax charged. You are responsible for selecting the correct State.
-
How Credits are used: when you send an ECG for interpretation, one Credit is held; it is used when the ECG is saved. If the request fails, the held Credit is released. If an interpretation fails or Sunfox cannot complete it, the Credit is returned to your balance automatically. You are responsible for holding enough Credits for the ECG Bookings you accept.
-
No expiry; no refund in money; no transfer: Credits do not expire. Credits are not refundable in money and are not transferable to any other person or account.
-
Payment problems: if a payment is debited but the Credits are not added to your balance, or if you are charged in duplicate or in error, NeXora will resolve it as set out in Part C of the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
-
Not chargeable to patients: the ECG Package Price already includes the interpretation. You must not charge the patient separately for any Credit.
5.6 Recording your earnings (optional)
-
For each completed visit, you may choose to record in the app the amount you collected from the patient and how it was paid (cash, UPI to you, other, or not collected). You may correct an entry for 7 days after the visit; after that, it is locked.
-
Your entries feed a private earnings dashboard visible only to you, and to NeXora for support and audit purposes.
-
The earnings dashboard is a record-keeping convenience only. NeXora does not collect, hold, or settle any patient payment. The dashboard is not a tax statement, invoice, or receipt, and NeXora does not deduct tax from your earnings because it does not handle those payments. You remain solely responsible for issuing receipts and for all taxes on your professional income (Section 5.2).
6. Professional Conduct and Clinical Responsibility
-
You must comply at all times with all laws and professional regulations applicable to your practice, including (as applicable) the NMC's ethics and professional-conduct regulations, State Medical Council rules, the dental code of ethics and State Dental Council rules, Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council codes, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and rules, and the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
-
You must practise strictly within your registered scope. Nurses must not diagnose independently or prescribe medicines, and must escalate to a doctor or hospital where clinically indicated.
-
You must obtain informed consent for examinations and procedures, respect patient dignity and privacy, and accommodate a patient's request for a chaperone/attendant during examination. Examination of a minor requires a parent/guardian present.
-
If a patient's condition exceeds what can be safely managed in a home setting, you must advise and facilitate referral or emergency transfer; do not undertake care beyond the safe limits of a home visit.
-
If you are a doctor or nurse, you must carry to every Home Visit, in working order, the equipment needed to perform the Basic Bedside Assessment and record a NEWS2 early-warning score, including at least a blood-pressure apparatus, pulse oximeter, stethoscope, and thermometer. If you are a dentist, you must carry the equipment needed to perform the Basic Oral Examination.
-
Completing a visit: a Home Visit is completed on the Platform only after you enter the patient's Visit OTP at the patient's address and, if you are a doctor or nurse, record the NEWS2 score for that visit. You must record only observations you have actually measured. Entering an OTP obtained other than in person, or recording fabricated observations, is serious misconduct and grounds for immediate termination.
-
You must arrive within the scheduled window, carry professional identification, and conduct yourself professionally. Attending a visit under the influence of alcohol or drugs is grounds for immediate termination.
-
You may decline or terminate a visit where your safety is at risk, and should report the incident through the app.
7. Prescriptions
-
Prescription functionality is enabled only for verified doctors and dentists. A dentist may prescribe only within dentistry and their registered scope. It is technically and contractually disabled for nurses.
-
Prescriptions must be generated through the Platform's prescription module, which produces a digital PDF delivered to the patient (and, where the patient has linked a verified ABHA and consented, a structured FHIR copy to their ABDM Personal Health Record).
-
Every prescription must reflect your independent clinical judgment following an in-person examination during the booked visit, must comply with applicable prescribing regulations (including generic-name prescribing norms and rules on Schedule H, H1, and X drugs), and must be accurate and legible.
-
You must not issue prescriptions without examining the patient, pre-sign blank prescriptions, or prescribe outside your scope or registration. You are solely liable for every prescription you issue.
8. Bookings, Cancellations, No-Shows, and Suspension
Cancellations are governed by the HoMedi Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The consequences for Providers are:
-
Accept only bookings you intend to honour. If you must cancel, do so at the earliest through the app, so that the patient can arrange other care.
-
Strikes: Every Provider-initiated cancellation of a confirmed booking, and every no-show (failure to attend a confirmed booking without lawful excuse), is recorded as a strike against your profile. Three strikes result in automatic suspension of your listing, pending review. You may contest a strike through the grievance process in Section 14.
-
NeXora may suspend or delist you, with notice where practicable: on loss, lapse, or restriction of your professional registration; on credible complaints of misconduct, patient-safety risk, or fraud, pending inquiry; for material breach of these Terms; or where required by law or a regulator.
-
Suspension removes you from discovery but does not extinguish obligations relating to visits already completed.
9. Patient Data, Confidentiality, and Data Protection
In the course of using the Platform you will receive personal data of patients — including names, addresses, contact context, visit details, and health information — which is protected under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA") and by your own professional-secrecy obligations.
-
You may access and use patient data only for the purpose of delivering the booked visit and meeting your legal record-keeping duties — never for marketing, solicitation, profiling, on-selling, or any unrelated purpose.
-
You must keep patient data confidential, must not copy it out of the Platform except as your professional record-keeping obligations require, must not photograph or record patients without informed consent, and must not disclose patient data to any third party except as required by law.
-
You must not contact a patient outside the Platform except as reasonably necessary for the booked visit (for example, arrival coordination), and must not solicit patients introduced through HoMedi to book off-platform in circumvention of the Platform's safety framework.
-
Masked calls: for a confirmed or in-progress visit, you and the patient can call each other through a masked (number-hidden) call placed by NeXora's telephony provider, MSG91 (Walkover Web Solutions): MSG91 rings the caller first and then connects the other party, and each of you sees a HoMedi number instead of the other's number. Masked calls are available only around the scheduled visit time, and the number of calls per hour is limited. Masked calls are recorded, and the recordings stored by MSG91 on NeXora's behalf for 90 days, for use only in resolving complaints and grievances, investigating safety incidents, and meeting legal requirements. Details are in the Privacy Policy for Providers.
-
ECG data: for an ECG Booking, the Spandan software on your phone processes the ECG recording and the patient details it requires, and sends them to Sunfox for report generation and interpretation, as described in the Privacy Policy for Providers. You must use the Spandan software for patients introduced through HoMedi only through the Platform's ECG flow for the relevant ECG Booking.
-
You must promptly (and in any event within 24 hours) report to NeXora any suspected loss, theft, or unauthorised access to patient data connected with your use of the Platform, and cooperate with breach-notification obligations under the DPDPA and rules thereunder.
-
As between you and NeXora, each party is responsible for its own compliance with the DPDPA in respect of the processing it controls. Clinical records you create and hold are your professional responsibility as a registered practitioner.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
-
misrepresent your identity, qualifications, registration, specialization, or experience, or use another person's credentials;
-
permit an unregistered or unverified person to render any part of the services;
-
demand or accept fees above those recorded for the booking or listed on your Rate Card, charge for the Basic Bedside Assessment or Basic Oral Examination, or coerce patients into additional paid services;
-
solicit reviews for consideration, manipulate discovery ranking, or create fake patient accounts or bookings;
-
harass, discriminate against, or behave inappropriately with any patient or their family;
-
use the Platform to promote products or services, including pharmaceutical marketing, without NeXora's written consent;
-
reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform or its security controls.
11. Intellectual Property and Profile Licence
The Platform and the HoMedi marks are owned by or licensed to NeXora. You grant NeXora a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your professional profile information (name, photograph, provider type, specialization, languages, locality/complex, Rate Card, and verification status) within the Platform for discovery and booking, for so long as you remain listed. This licence ends when your listing is removed, subject to record-retention required by law.
12. Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnity
-
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". NeXora does not warrant uninterrupted operation, any booking volume, or the accuracy of patient-supplied information (including addresses and medical history).
-
NeXora does not warrant the performance of the Spandan Pro device or the Spandan software, or the timing or content of any ECG report generated by the Spandan software or interpreted by a Spandan cardiologist.
-
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeXora's aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the Subscription fees paid by you for that period or ₹10,000, whichever is greater; and NeXora shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profession, income, or reputation.
-
You are solely liable for the clinical services you render. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeXora, its directors, officers, and employees against all claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the services you provide, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or professional regulations, or your misuse of patient data.
13. Term, Suspension, and Termination
-
These Terms apply from your registration until terminated. You may delist at any time from the app or by written notice; scheduled bookings must be honoured or cancelled in time for patients to arrange other care. Delisting does not cancel your Subscription; cancel it on the Provider Portal or, if you bought it through Google Play, in your Google Play settings.
-
NeXora may terminate for material breach, regulatory requirement, patient-safety risk, or discontinuation of the Platform, with notice where practicable.
-
Sections relating to fees accrued, patient data and confidentiality, records, liability, indemnity, grievance redressal, and governing law survive termination. Data retention after delisting is governed by the Privacy Policy for Providers and applicable law.
14. Grievance Redressal
NeXora has appointed a Grievance Officer for Provider concerns, including disputes about suspension, verification, no-show recording, ECG Interpretation Credits, or data protection:
- Grievance Officer: Mr.Manoj Kumar, Grievance Officer| Email: grievance@homedi.in | Address: 4-12-927/1, Plot No. E1, RD-1, Portion C, Auto Sai Nagar Colony, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, Rangareddy District, Telangana – 500070 | In-app: Settings → Help & Grievances
Grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours and we endeavour to resolve them within 30 days. Suspension-related grievances are reviewed on priority. Data-protection grievances may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India after exhausting our internal process.
15. Governing Law, Disputes, and General
-
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. [Optional arbitration clause to be confirmed by counsel: sole arbitrator, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seat Hyderabad.]
-
Communications: You agree to receive transactional communications (booking alerts, cancellations, OTPs, policy and safety notices) by SMS, push notification, in-app message, email, or call; these are necessary to operate the service. Promotional communications require your separate, optional consent and comply with TRAI regulations.
-
Force majeure: Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, riots, acts of government, internet or telecom failures, or failures of third-party services (app stores and their billing systems, the Razorpay payment gateway and payment mandates, SMS delivery and telephony, the Spandan software and interpretation services, ABDM systems).
-
Changes: NeXora may modify these Terms with at least [7] days' notice through the app for material changes. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
-
Severability, no waiver, assignment, entire agreement: as per standard construction — invalid provisions are severed; non-enforcement is not waiver; you may not assign; NeXora may assign on merger/reorganisation subject to data-protection law; these Terms with the Privacy Policy for Providers and the Refund & Cancellation Policy are the entire agreement.
